You Don’t Need to Diagnose Your Solar System Before Calling Us

“My bill is too high,” “the monitoring stopped,” or “my installer is gone” is enough to begin.

You do not need to know what equipment you have before you call.

You do not need to climb onto the roof, open an electrical panel, reset equipment, read warning codes, find serial numbers, understand your utility tariff, or decide which battery to buy.

Start with what you know

  • My bill is still too high.
  • The monitoring stopped.
  • The installer will not call me back.
  • My solar shuts off during an outage.
  • Something failed and I do not know who services it.
  • My needs changed and the system no longer fits.

That is enough for the first conversation.

What we do first

We listen for the outcome you expected and separate what is known, what was promised or assumed, what records may exist, what is missing or contradictory, what can be preserved, and what needs qualified verification.

We will not treat unsafe electrical troubleshooting as customer homework. If there is smoke, fire, arcing, a burning odor, visible heat damage, flooding around electrical equipment, or an immediate shock risk, keep away and contact emergency services, the utility when appropriate, and a qualified professional.

Safety and professional boundary

Do not open electrical equipment, remove covers, climb onto a roof, or handle conductors. Site verification and regulated work belong to appropriately licensed or qualified professionals. This guide is general education, not a system-specific diagnosis, design, warranty decision, or legal conclusion.
